Jeff Pierson, President since 1995

Jeff is responsible for buying and pricing product, financing and maintaining vendor and customer relationships.  He also oversees our convenience stores.  Jeff is an avid skier and hiker.  He spends time taking tandem bicycle tours with his wife, and takes extended canoe trips in the wilderness of Minnesota and Ontario.

Dennis Phelps , Vice President since 1990

Dennis was originally hired as a delivery driver and is now Vice President of operations. His responsibilities include plant and fleet operations as well as company-wide maintenance.  He can be found on the snow mobile trails in the north country with his family during his free time.

Steven Atwood, Service Manager since 1986

Steve has held a variety of positions here at Foley Oil Company during his employment, but has most recently held the position of Service Manager.  He is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers as well as the operation of the Service Department and our Service Station located at 280 South Main Street, Laconia.  When he is not working, Steve likes to spend time with his family and friends, and is a die hard NASCAR and sports fan.

Cecile Budro, A/P since 2007

Cecile is responsible for our Accounts Payable, Inventory control, Payroll and Customer Service.  She spends her summers riding her Harley, camping, reading and fishing with her grandson.

Aaron Thibeault, Service Technician since 2010

Aaron has over 11 years of experience in the energy service field.  He has been schooled at the New England Fuel Institute for oil burner service and installation.  He also holds a NH Gas Fitter license, making him a certified service technician in Natural Gas as well as Propane.  Aaron also has been EPA Certified for the handling of refrigeration and holds a CDL-A license.  Aaron is responsible for annual maintenance, 24-hour emergencies, and complete installations of oil and propane boilers and furnaces, and air conditioning.  Aaron enjoys spending time with his children, doing outdoor activities and mug bogging.

Waiman Leung , Service Technician since 2006

Waiman’s primary responsibilities are to provide all our customers 24-hour service when they are in need.  He is also very instrumental in the maintenance of our fleet and facilities.  In his spare time Waiman enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and riding his ATV.  Waiman enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Jim Phelps, Tractor Trailer Driver since 1999

Jim is responsible for transporting all our products from either Portsmouth, NH or Revere, MA to our local plant.  Whether it’s sunny, raining or snowing Jim is always on the road ensuring an adequate supply for our customers.  Jim is very active within the community with his wife and two children.

Al Dionne, Delivery Driver since 2000

Al delivers fuel year round and heads up our Haz-Mat Emergency Response department.  He is OSHA Haz-Mat Certified and responds to emergency spill calls from Local and State agencies throughout the year.  Part of Al’s job is to teach employees about safe spill response and control techniques and handling.  Al spends time with his grandchildren teaching them about the outdoors as he enjoys hunting and fishing.  He can be found traveling the northeast flea markets and hot rod shows.

Elwin Sidney, Delivery Driver since 2000

Not only does Elwin make deliveries year round but he is responsible for our company’s safety equipment and accident reporting for the company.  Elwin is an avid hunter and fisherman and can be found working on his racecar and spending time with family and friends.

Rob Thompson, Delivery Driver/Service Technician since 2001

Rob started his career at Foley Oil Company as a Service Station Attendant on South Main Street at the age of 14.  After graduation he joined our service department and cross-trained as a delivery driver.  Today Rob helps us out on a part-time basis performing driving as well as annual service tune-ups.  Rob enjoys anything to do with trucks and on a rainy day, he can be found taking any mechanical thing apart and challenging himself on what makes it work.
